Deactivated my Mobile No

Hi,

Idea Executive came to my company (Aptara Inc). The guy told me that he will convert my Idea Prepaid No (9971104087) to the Post paid no. with a good plan. And my same no. (Post paid) will be activated after the verification. But after verification my no. didnt got activated. The guy told me that there are some issues and your Idea Prepaid No (9971104087) cannot be converted to Postpaid due to some issues. He told me that I can get my Prepaid no. again activated from any MY IDEA showroom. When I reached the showroom they said that Idea call centers have deleted all your prepaid records and we cannot activate your no. again.

I have been using this no. since last 6 years and I want that no. to be activated again.

Please resolve my concern asap.
