Unwanted activation of Idea talkies

There is an unwanted activation of service Idea Talkies in my Mobile no. 7354648389. They not only activate that service but also deducted Rs 100 charge from my balance.

I request to take an immediate action on the same and refund my money back or else i will have to go to consumer court for the same.
