Hi, i am writting from kerala. I regret to say that idea is the biggest fraud network in this state. I dont know what is the condition in other states. They are always cheating their customers. They always deduct balance from the accounts of customers without any cause. This is the main reason that why i called idea the fraud network. The another big problem of this network is poor customer service. They are not giving proper answers to callers and even they are charging for calls into customer care! The voice clarity of this network is really poor while comparing with other networks.'an idea can change your life', when analysing this caption i think that they are trying to change their life into a better one by changing customers' life into bad one.
