Cheating and gave loss for me

Dear Sir/Madam,

On 1st dec, spoke with the customer care executive for reducing my call rates. They informed me that to make Rs57 Value voucher and said me that they will do from their side and it will be activated immediately. I asked again how muyh time it will take and they replied that maximum time commitment from their side is 24 hrs but it wll be done immediately.

So i accepted to do the same and i waited for long time and was not activated.

On the next day i called them and asked for the same as i am doing lots of STC calls and all are charging Rs1.50 ands local Rs1. They said that it is under process and will done in next 48 hrs. I told them about their commitment what they gave and i asked them take a complaint for the same.

But the customer care representatives not ready to take my complaint and instead not able say me any reason for why it is not possible to do such a small work from their side.

Again i waited and called on 3rd and enqiured and those peoples said me that they have taken my request and told me to wait again for next 48 hours.

I asked them to cancel the request so that i will do it from the retail shop. But for that also they refussed and said me that it is under process.

I waited and keep in touch wíth them continuosly but still every time they told me the same comment to wait for 48 hours more.

On sunday 6th dec, i called in morning and after again listening my concern, they told me that their system having some technical fault and so now they are cancelling my requrest now and told me that they will take new request and will be activate in next 24 hrs (means again starting from beginning). I said them that i dont want their stupid connection as no one is taking serious steps on their commitment and giving false information.

I was tensed because of all this for 6 days but ended without any reason.

I spoke with Ms. roopali who is from senior department, Mr amol, and some other persons for all the 6 day scontinously for this small activities. But they didnt activate the service from their side and also they didnt allowed me also to do from my side.

Also they are not ready to take my compliant also in this matter. I used my IDEA prepaid no. 9850656149 (kindly refer the call history spoken to the customer care from 1st dec to 6th)

Now i am cancelling the same number which is on my name and surrendering because of their poor service.

I have faced the same kind of stupid services from IDEA cellular for my another pre paid number which i am using from 2006.
