My name is vikas kumar singh .i am customer of idea cellular ltd, delhi. my mbile no. is 9718679177.i have recharged my mobile through internet . i have account with pnb. i have recharged 3 pm on 08-04, but, i have got only one message within 5 seconds on my mobile that is from IZ-Idea that is -dear customer, thank you for making a payment of rs. 20.00 on the idea cellular website. it is being updated in your account.but, after that i have no credit of amount till now. i have called to complain helpline 198 within 5 minutes regarding this, but, they told me to wait for 4 hours. then, again i called 7 pm in evening, but, after 15 minutes holding, they told me wait for 48 hours. i try to understand them to lodge a complain, but, they did not lodge my complain. what is it, complain help line for customer help, but, they only
talk, but, no help from their side, i want that why they have established complain help line if they do not file complain.i also email to customer care and nodal officer, but, until now, i ahve not received any message or talk time on recharge of rs. 20.
