Wrong plan

Dear all,

This is to inform u that i have purchased idea mobile connection with corporate plan super value 249. But reason behind this they have activated another plan without my permission, after that many times i have registered complaint through e-mail and voice call in their organization (idea cellular limited) but i did not get any responce. So kindly do the needfull ASAP.
