I have activated 3G data plan of Rs.21/- and I got 500 MB free, but Company deducted charges as per rule however I subscribed internet package. I get internet access Speed UPTO 50 Kbps and 2KB/s (Transfer Rate). I went to Customer Care office to solve this problem and they did not able solve this problem, They gave e-mail Id of technical support of Company but no reply or callback or feedback from him/his.
WHAT AN IDEA 3G!!!
