My name is Ujjaval Tonk. I am using the services of Idea Celular Ltd. since last three years. My mobile No.is 09911977151 (Alternate No. 9711218055). I have some issues regarding my bill but they are not resolving them. The issues are as follows-
"I did never forward any request for activation of 'Cricket Alert Services'. But they have activated it on my number and now adding the services charges. Earlier I was not aware about that now when I saw my bill properly, I was shocked."
