Breach of contract for call rate

I had been offered by IDEA Cellular @ Rs 0.40 per minute Local and Rs 0.60 per minute STD during the month of October at Rs 187/- for a period of one year. I had been confirmed by the business excutive that the above call rates will applicable on further recharges also. But the company has breached the contract and presently charging @ Rs 0.60 per minute for local calls and Rs 1.50 per minute on STD calls.
