As I had lost my mobile, I lost my Sim card along with it. I wanted to continue with the same number so I got a new SIM card with same mobile number from Idea Paud road branch. I was told that it would start in 2 hours. As it did not start, I called Customer care of Idea cellular. The representative told me that I need to go to Paud road branch again and get it activated again from there as they did not send proper request. Next day I went their again and again I was told that it will start in an hour but it didn't again. So I called Customer care again and I was told that it will start by the evening, but it didn't. So I called the Customer care again they kept me on hold for 22 mins and then disconnected the call. I called them again but no one gave me a resolution and again kept me on hold for 15 mins and disconnected the call. I even mailed their complaint registration email id two times but my card did not start. However I am being charged for the same and till date but my card did not start. Connection details:
