Dear sir,

I am an existing customer of Idea and my mobile no. is 09576736235. On 07-09 I have recharged my mobile with a 35 Rs. full talktime coupon and i got the talktime of Rs. 35. Even though I have not activated any service, but the amount of Rs. 30 has been deducted from my account. When I talked to the Customer care, he told me that I have activated a VAS service called "PRE TONE". But I have not activated it. I want the IDEA company to refund my Rs. 30 in my account.
