Dear Sir,
I had given my Nokia N81 for repair (replacement of Screen & software upgrading) at the Nokia Care Centre, Nerul, Navi Mumbai as my handset is out of warranty I had paid around Rs. 3000/- including the service charges and I had received the cell phone within a week’s time. While using the phone I realized that there is some problem in the screen fitment and neither the body of the phone was properly aliened. Due to this reason I had once again given the phone to the same Nokia care centre for rectifying and correcting the mistakes on 17th Aug 10. As the phone was given to the care centre within 30 days from the date of last service thus Nokia is providing the free services.
Now one month has passed and still there is no action or response taken by them. I had also launched a complain at Nokia call centre (No.1-11143577230) but still no corrective measures are been taken by the Nokia care centre.
This is to my surprised rather I m socked to see that, how a company with such a good name and reputation in market and connecting a large no. of people, is so irresponsible towards their customers. Its been one month my cell is lying with the care centre, and in this time period I had and I am facing a lot of difficulties for carrying out my work to deal with the things. I am also tired of calling Nokia care and Nokia customer desk with no positive response from them. I had faced a huge financial loss by purchasing a second hand cell phone to deal my work and the call rates to Nokia personals. Besides this I am troubled and is facing an mental trauma, whether I will get my expensive cell phone in the good condition after paying an handsome amount.
Request you to kindly take some immediate action, corrective measure, and relive me and cell phone with peace.
