Hello I am the customer of Idea Cellular Service Ltd. I had received the message regarding DoT regulation from Idea with a Toll Free No. After calling with that Toll Free No, I recieved a message stating that DEAR SUBSCRIBER U JUST INTERACTED WITH RIYAZ. IF U R SATISFIED WITH THE INTERACTION PLEASE TYPE Y, IF NOT TYPE N AND REPLY TOLL FREE TO THIS MESSAGE. (NO TOLL FREE NO MENTIONED IN MESSAGE AND THE MESSAGE RECIEVED FROM THE NO.5060511306610788) AS ON 01.11.2010 AT 17.59 (5.59P.M). So I make Immediately reply on that No. Though it stated in mesages it is toll free they charge Rs.5/- in next bill for that. So want to know is it Right OR Wrong (Cheating or Fraud)?
