Idea has charged me for Rs.1152 for 3 calls made on 05664464on 26/10 which were not made by my phone or by my number. When I spoke with their customer service, they were rude and did not help me. Moreover, they threatened me that if I will notpay the charges, my services will be disconnected.

Why you guyz are charging me for something which I have not used.
