I Praveen Kumar Verma (9837066892) have been paid Ring Tone Charges since a long back on my mobile No. 9837066892, about one & half month ago you have changed it from Hanuman Chalisa to some other tone and contineously charged for that Ringtone which is not acceptted by me. It is regretted that inspite of my repeated requests on your help line No., either you are not given Hanuman Chalisa Tone on my Mobile nor you discontineu that unaceeptable tone if you can not give the Hanuman Chalisa Tone. You are requested to stop the service of Ringtone if you are not unable to give me Hanuman Chalisa on my mobile.
