CONNECTION NOT ACTIVATED AFTER PAYING BILL

Dear Sir,

I am having postpaid mobile connection No. 9990234800 since 2009. and my email id is [email protected].

The calls are barred from my mobile due to non payment since i was out off station for last Two and half months but soon as i reach delhi i made my payment of RS.450.00 on 23.11.2010 at your Idea Centre situated in RDC ghaziabad at 6.30 P.M. The person who collect the payment told my that your services will be activated in One hour but the same was not activated till 10.30 P.M of 24.11. so I approached your customer care centre, it was informed that the request has been send and the number will be activated by 10.00 A.M of 25.11.2010.

Even after lapse of 52 hours from the date & time of payment the SIM is not activated.

On 25/11 at 10.00 PM, when contacted customer care, it was informed that mobile will be activated with in 30 minutes.

Even after One and half hours the same was not activated.

On 25/11 at 11.30 PM, I again called customer care. The gentlemen who attended the call

has informed the following request no:100375268 and informed that the sim will be activated by morning 10.00 A.M but the same has not still activated till now..

I request you to resolve the above issue immediately and activate my mobile.
