260 Rs debited from balance

I am using IDEA prepaid. I did a recharge of 300RS.Few days later I checked my balance and it was 4.76Rs only. I called the customer care and they said you dialed one application 551810 and 260Rs is withdrawn. When I checked my dialed list I saw no such number been dialed from my cell. Still they said you spoke for 1000sec and your accounts has debited 260Rs.

I am surprised which is this number I how come 260Rs is debited. Idea is bluffing to customer. They are not even able to tell what this 551810 application is. They have done this to me twice.

I need clarification as to how come 260rs are withdrawn and what is this application 551810? I need to get my money back as I havemt called this application from my cell at all.

Please help.
