Complain against number 9911399818
Dear Team,
My name is Arvind Kumar and I have a Postpaid connection of Idea Cellular Ltd (9911399818) and I am using this number since 21/June. And this is my business number and my all the bussiness depend on this number.
Idea company charged me some unnecessary access bills for Internet surfing, before activating Internet service I called to customer care executive and confirm the charges and as per call centre people, I have to pay only 89/- per month for Internet surfing. but they charged much more and the total bill was 3632/- and they closed my number without any information. After some time I received a call from Mr. N.K. Singh (9911389434) and he said that unnecessary charges will be waived off and your number bill be activated after payment 2500/-, so I paid only 2500/-, as per commitment.
But I am taking follow up before December for activating this number. But there is no use, people are diverting from here and there, when I contact Idea Connect showroom they said contact customer care and when I called customer care then thety said contact Idea Connect showroom. I m frustated, so I also mail to ([email protected], [email protected]) but there is no use.
I also contactted to Mr. N.K. Singh (9911389434) who commite me for my number activation but now he does not receive my call.
I also want to inform you that Mr. Ashis (9540047257) from grievance team talk to me around 10.54 am (10/03) and he said that your fully sattlement has been done and one hard copy of the letter will be courier and soft copy will be sent to my e mail id.
But till now I did not get the same. Now they have alloted my number to any other person. How they can do the same to me, If I m the owner of this number 9911399818, and I m taking follow up continue and they people also commite me that same number will be activated.
So kindly do the needful and provide me my number 9911399818 at any how.

Mr. Ashish from grievance team talk to me around 10.54 am (10/03) and he tell me i will call back after 15 minut and tell me about rectification but till time he did not call me, its every time commitment of idea people that we will call back to you but they din't.so plese take it seriously other wise tell me frankly that we will not help me so i will take other stape.

This is to inform you that I have an Idea Postpaid connection. So as per commitment I paid my all the bills but still my number did not get activated and now Idea connect Chakerpur Gurgaon people saying that my number has been permanent deactivated and again asking 1500/- Rs. for same number activation.
When I called to Mr N.K. Singh (9911389434) who committe me for number activation at the time of payment now is using profene language and treating like hell.
So kindly activate my number otherwise I have to take legal action.
