I have received a message on 15th May that IMS Bada Pack has been renewed at Rs.100/- for four months. On enquiry I talked to RAJAN on 15th May itself and I have been told that request was pending since 5th Janaury and same has been activated today.
It is very disgusting and does not speak good of service providers like idea who are spending such good amounts on advertisement through Print as well as Television media.
I categorically deny any such request and expect you to look into the matter and take corrective action including cancellation of service and credit the refund in my account.
