Dear sir my name is nagendra im using my idea sim number 91 9164021986 from last 1 year & 8 months im from channarayapatna its in hassan district Karnataka state, but on 13th oct @ 11 :10 i got a message like "dear customer your request for sim exchange has been registered and would be ctioned within 10/13 7:33:14 pm sr no.1-18886610855 thank you" like dis i ask area maneger working here named ambreesh and asm working here named kiran every1 told its idea point number so we cant get back, if its idea point number y its in my name & my adress so plz try to give my idea sim back i will decide to go to consumer court for taking my sim back i lost so many work from dat from 2 days plz help me, my mail id [email protected]
