Idea Charging for Customer Care Call

Dear All,

This is to bring to your notice that Idea is charging for making a call to their customer care number i.e., 12345 OR 9848012345.

This is mutiny.

When no government organization like TRAI OR DOT have not yet declared Or have not made any official statement.

But Idea Cellular is still charging the customers.

Note:- It seems to be a big bribe taken by the TRAI, the reason why i am making this allegation is because TRAI website is not working.

So that the customers cant check the website for information.

The concerned departments have to take required action.
