Hello Sir/Madam,
I am a Idea Cellular Prepaid Customer since November. My number is 8975810539 and services to this number as been barred from last 10 days.
I purchased this number from a authorized dealer where i have filled the form, attached my recent photograph and photocopy of my passport as identity proof. I have asked the dealer do i get problem like service barring in future and he said no.
But, recently 2 weeks back i received a message where i was asked to submit the documents again. so i have submitted all the relevant documents (Electricity bill on Owner Name of my temporary residence, Pan Card, Driving Licence) again at ACE VENTURES, Violet Building, NECO Garden, Viman Nagar, PUNE on 21st January. They said services to your number will be restored in 48 - 72 hrs.
I have called the customer care numerous times after the stipulated time asked for where they are useless. I know the policies of idea not exactly the customer care department because i am working on one of their Prepaid Project. They are not supposed to close the ticket until they provide the resolution. But, they simply escape giving some or the other contacts like 198, 53550 which are not reachable in my case to avail more information or complain regarding the issue.
Previously i had an issue like i recharged my prepaid account with 250/- through their portal on 1st of January where i got the balance credited on 4th of January evening.
I am filled with so much anger and i don't know how to sue this people.
My job timings are hurdle.
