Idea cellular pre paid
Out going and incoming call barred

My IDEA pre paid mobile number-9961769338 calls are barred by the service provider with out any intimation when enough balance was in my account. Aproached the customer centers many time to activate my account and as per their instruction once again I had submitted my id, address proof to their authorised dealer for activation as it was not activated intime as promised by their regional office cochin.

Request you to do the needful action with thye service providers at the earliest
