I own an Idea number... On 11th December it's validity was getting over... So i had called Idea customer care for recharge options... then from there i got to know that by doing the recharge of Rs. 349/- i would get 1 year validity and a talk time of Rs.250/- for I-card Active Plan... so, considering it as an authentic information i recharged the idea card with Rs. 349/-...but doing so i didn't got talk time of Rs. 250/- and got validity of 6 months only... So, I would like to get some help from you.

District: Nashik- Maharashtra.
Number: 9921190587
Plan: I-Card Active..
And I have been using it since last 2 years
