Idea Cellular Prepaid Connection
Unwanted Services Activated

Respected Sir,

I'm an owner of a Prepaid number from Idea Cellular 9754982304 & 9575992957 for past ones. For the past few months, Idea has activated a Love Tips SMS Service on my mobile number for which Rs. 30 are deducted each month. I've never requested for activation of the service and now it has become a permanent nuisance as several messages about Love are sent continuously on my number. Several times i have gone to Idea Customer Care & requsted to stop all SMS services on my numbers.the have said that it will be stopped in 45 days.but still their is no service stopped & now also they are deducted Rs.30 per month.i request you to look into matter.
