This is to bring in your kind notice that myself Deepak Jain resident of Ludhiana city, i am using the mobile number 9781522433 of idea cellular service in Prepaid Account. On 08/11 i received a call from idea from # cell 9781410093 in which executive was telling me about their new scheme for which i replied that i am not interested, just after sometime i got 33 Rs deducted from my balance amount then i called up idea at 9814012345 and lodged the complaint about this deduction, for your reference complaint no is 125297856 . During that idea executive assured me that Rs 33 will be credited in my account but till date nothing has happened on it.
Would request you please look into the matter and advise me.
