Every now and then the service provider activates one or the other services on its own without informing the user and deduct the amount from the account.
Whenever the customer care is contacted they never deal the call satisfactorily and dont give the suitable answer. Its only after deducting the amount that we become aware of the service activated on phone.
I just want that before activating any kind of service, the service provider must ask for sending a confirmation sms for the activation like the way they do for its removal. When they ask for such a confirmation for removing the service, they should also ask it while activating it.
I am very much disappointed from such acts.
