I, Raman Nepalia, am a post paid customer of Idea cellular services, No 919785234000. After activation of my post paid services, I found that STD facility was not working on my number and I was suggested to contact customer care, and after contacting costomer care executive, I was leaved with no solution but with frustration and misbehaviour. I again contacted cusomer care and wanted to get registered complaint against Mr. Anuj, the customer care executive. I tried and discussed a lot with Mr. Dushiyant, a supervisor and Mr. Dixit, a team leader to get my complaint registered. After a long discussion I was told that they have registered a complaint and I was given a complaint ID 47440821. After two days a phone came from IDEA and told me that that against my above complaint they have arranged a call back. With this I felt that actually they have not registered any complaint but instead they had arranged only call back to furnish me information. With this forum I want to complaint the whole thing and wants some sort of solution. The whole episode started happends on 17 th of April.
