Harrassment and threatning collection calls

Hi,

My name is Kapil Agarwal and I was a subscriber of Idea postpaid services. However since I suddenly lot my job, I was not in a position to pay my bill of 3500 from past 2 months which I have already communicated to Idea Customer Service. I have told them that I will pay all my dues before 15th October however I and my family members are still getting threatning calls from Idea Collection team. A guy by the name of Shahid Khan has been calling us during the day as well as during the night and has been harassing us.
