No 3G Data Connection on Idea id -280 Phone with free 3 GB Internet for 3 Months

Myself Nidhi Mohan. I bought this Huawei Phone with 3 G Internet Connection, of Idea, for 5850 /- with a scheme of 3 Months free Internet at 3G Speed.

Since Yesterday there is no Data Connection or 3G facility.

This is the second time since 9th of this month, when I bought this.

Further, the Net Services for the Idea 3G are being provided by Vodafone! I came to know.

If this Company cannot provide 3 G on its own, how can they start such schemes, and Sell products?

This is really a matter of shame that a Company that gives so much of Advertisement on media, cannot provide regular service to the customer.

I request you to pls rectify the problem of no internet service,
