I got new prepaid connection [8108783998] from idea on 31.12.2009 but after some days the, the service to this number was stopped by idea. after inquiry i came to know the require documents not submitted to the idea so i got dis-connect. and i have to resubmit the documents. here i have to state that if the documents not submitted by me then how can idea issue new connection? if i got connection then it means that the documents already submitted. then how can idea stop service to my connection. if i submit the documents then its responsibility of idea co and their dealers. if not then how can they issue new connection to the customer? in this circumstance the card holder [customer] can miss-use of the connection. i wish to state due to disconnection i could not get in touch with my office, friends and relatives and still very much suffering. therefore idea co is requested to start service to 8108783998 immediately.
