Documents Submission / Changing owner name

Sir,

I am your customer from last 15 months having mob no.-9767617921.I don't know SIM card owner of this no.

From last 2 weeks I continuously received message from Idea for 'Incomplete documents Submission'.

I can't give new documents at Idea Center due to unknown owner.

Kindly give owner name of SIM card or other option to transfer owner name to recover this problem.
