I recharge thorough your one dearer at Daryaganj Delhi on date 03-02 easy recharge of Rs 101= through his mobile I get massage for the same recharger successfully whet I cont to dealer he give me transition no DL5030314080135 And when I cont to customer care at idea through mobile he not give me satisfactory answer also disconnect my call without any clarification I try many time for the same but no any positive response recd also call automatically disconnect now I am very uncomforted and not time to follow the same also someone tell me we will not give you any credit for the same and disconnect my call redhly
Therefore you are requested to give me update or satisfactory response immediately or close my no with immediate effect by sending proper email, also I give you more Rs, . 101 (Rupees one hundred one) to growth of your company, if you will treat with your customer like this this is very good performance of company
Once you are again requested to send me email you giving me credit or not, that’s why I will go to court for the
same
Note as per your service and customer care response I am not interested to cont…. your service now I will go for another service provider suspend my no after getting more recharge once today after getting your response
