I am feeling helpless that is why I am here in front of you with one complain. Please look into my genuine problem.
I am using one idea net setter for my business work. It is a postpaid connection. Last time the last date for bill payment was 07/10/10. And I paid on the last date through mobile banking. that time it was all done and generated transaction password also, later on 20/10/10 when my connection was stopped from service providers end that time I came to know that full Rs.500 came back into my SBI a/c. customer care is not picking the phones.
Now I just want to remove my late bill pay charges.
