I have bought the IDEA Net setter plug n play on 29 Jan’ 10 with the Scheme Rs 749/- prepaid (unlimited – valid for 2 month)

My Phone No is 9990994291

It has not been working since 21st March’ 10. I am constantly in touch with customer care.

First they have informed me that Area was blocked & my complaint is forwarded to technical dept. to reactive which take 33 hours (working hours).

On 25th March’ 10, I was informed that It is not yet solved & again I have to wait for 22 hours.

Till now my problem is not yet solved. My 9 days are lost for this.
