Wrong activation of rate plan and gprs leading to a costly bill

Sir my phone number is 9971507077 and initially i was an airtel customer then on 22 april i was called by a idea customer executive. he told me about a Rs 249 plan telling that it contains 400 local sms, 400 local calls, and 1Gb 3G data per month. i confirmed 4 times that it is 3G or not, the executive repeatedly assured me that it is 3G. it appeared good to me and I paid a security amount of Rs 250 to Mr Rakesh of idea cellular limited, channel partner- S R communication, HR-35B, 60 Foota Road, Pul Pehladpur, New Delhi-110044 on 21 april. i received an idea sim and cash receipt from him. i was in contact with Mr Gaurav of same communication, he asked me my plan, port key, and sim number, i gave every information to him.

finally my network changed from airtel to idea postpaid on 2 may. i called the customer care and asked him to activate my 3G service but he told me that my activated plan is Rs 350 (i was told about rs 249 plan initially) and it does not contain any gprs or 3g service. i filed a complaint regarding this wrong information and activation, my complaint number is-110920275, it has to be entertained by some executive on 21 may. meanwhile as my 350 plan is useless and costly for me, i filed a request on 3 may to change my plan from Rs 350 to rs 249 combo (it actually contains 1Gb 2g data and i was wrongly told 1Gb 3G), my request number for plan change is-110937142. on 5 may my plan was changed but my internet was not working so i called the customer care and told him that my plan has 1Gb 2G data free and requested him to activate my gprs. he activated the gprs and i was able to browse the internet from 6 may.on 6 may i downloaded some wallpapers from internet and after some time my network was blocked. i called the customer care again and told him about it, their senior executive talked to me and said that my bill has crossed the allowed limit and and tell me my current bill is Rs 1125. i was shocked and told him that i have not used the number for more than 3 days and i have not made more than 25 calls since my activation. i requested him to check again for any error and tell me how my bill has increased so much in just 3 days. he told me that due to the gprs usage my bill has increased, i told him that i have 1Gb free data included in my rate plan, he told me that my free data has not been activated instead my zero rental plan has been activated. i told him that this is the fault of their executive as i have asked him to activate my plan internet and he has activated the wrong gprs. I asked the details of my bill as i have not used much data that could make my bill 1125, he told me he cant provide me my details and blocked my network. as i cant use my number now so i am using a different number, my alternate number is 9582000297.

sir i humbly request you to look into my complaint as i was fooled and cheated by the idea customer executives to lure into their network, and now they are activating wrong plans to charge me extra by cheating. i can not pay this bill amount, moreover my Rs 250 has been struck with them. sir i want my Rs 250 back, my network to revert back to airtel and strict action against such fraud executives.
