I have been asked to make interim payments twice in last 5 days without any bill details being provided in spite of repaetaed requests being placed on customer care and IDEA gallery. I have made payments, but still am unaware about my usage which must have lead to this extra payments asked for.
Not only that, after making such payments, my phone's outgoing remains unavailablefor more than 4-5 hours, which is promised to become active within 2 1/2 hours.
Very inconvenient service provider...
Really sick..
