my mobile number is 9964111341 i am a idea user, i wanted to switch to airtel which is a better network, i have followed i a steps in mobile portability, mentioned by telecom guidelines but to see that idea is involved in unethical business practices to stop customer from switch by rejecting application and creating duplicate cap and port number, after trying to reach the customer care 4 times i got to speak to one of the representatives who was rude and lacked basic manners of call taking, i told he who connect a call to a supervisor but in turn disconnected the call i tired to reach idea customer care since then but a have failed time and again
