IDEA PREPAID
Number Activation

Hello Sir,

I had purchased two prepaid cards from Idea.:

1) 9921176726

2) 9921175686

I hve submitted my required documents twice, but still my service is not started, and worst is 1st number is assinged to some customer in pune, and 2nd one is not active. I have submitted documents for both numbers same time and that to twice.

2nd number is temporaily blocked, I am not getting if I have purchased two numbers at same time and submitted documents same time twice, why one is tranfed two other customer, and one is temporaily out of service.

And they are asking to recharge both nubers to get activation...???

No response from customer care, niether from Idea care franchise..

What should I do?
