My self is karthikeyan and my no is 09995716405 my complaint is that with out using internet i am being deducted of 0.30 ps alternatevely and when i register a complaint they say that they have found that i have used that service and also they did once apllied hello tune service to me without my request and charged me rs 30/- and when i complained so many times they credited me back rs28/- even though all this are small amounts and nobody cares about them. I would like to clearely state that even this is a sort of ROBBERY and its a shame that a major player in INDIA is doing such an attrocacy. And i request all those who face similar problems to respond to this and OFFICIALS to take effective methods to reduce this illegal methods
