Deactivation of full song

I kavita, has prepaid connection with idea from past 5 years. From past 2 months, there is a deduction of Rs 5 towards the full song, which is activated automatically by idea people, without my knowledge.

i have been complaining to call centre, and asking them to deactivate it. Still nothing has been done. On that the customer service executives speaks so rudely, says they dont have information of my complaints. and deactivation will happen next day only.

i have already wasted more then Rs 100 for this hello song activated on my number 9848160053.

hope the people of idea, take customers complaints seriously and resolve it, rather making it verse.
