I have changed BSNL mobile connection to Idea on 30 May. Till know it got disconnected and asking for reactivation by submitting the documents. It is not understood why this problem is coming. Last week I have spoken with your call centre executive and got confirmed that required documents have been submitted. The services provided by Idea are too poor in this case. Being a senior citizen I am facing problems because of disconnection of mobile.
