Unnecessary deduction without activation

My name is Damle S.H, My cell no: 9922290314 of IDEA prepaid card, it is observed that after recharge of Rs. 100 within 12 hours 20 Rs. deductud from balance, after contacting customer care 12345 the operator starts asking lot of questions and at he end says you have activated on your cell caller tune etc. which is totally cheating because i know what i am doing, before this incidence i have spkon with oprator on their complaint no, asking to stop such deduction and requested to deactivate all services realted to various offers calls from IDEA because i am not intersted in such offers.

the experience with IDEA service is vary bad. every time after recharge they will deduct 10/ 20 Rs. AND EVERYTIME SAME STORY I HAVE TO REPEAT TO THE OPRETOR, everytime they will lie and cheat me by saying activated from your side.

Even after their seniors will repeat same story. because of such bad experience i have stopped my postpaid connection of IDEA.

But sorry to say that IDEA is having shortage of funds to run the organisation hence collecting such money by deducting money from costomers like me, may be in thousands per day.
