As per referrence of my last complaint against Vodafone as on 01-May
a couple of day before I got a call from Vodafone execute. she is ensure me that your service will be deactivate within 48 hours. But after couple of days, I got sms and call from vodafone. this is very irritating me
Last Night, I got a sms regarding activated CRBT service without my permission and even my account balance is decucted & goes in minus. I reply to to deactivate it, and got respone of deactivation of this servise.
but I did not got my refund in account. Please refund it
This could be very harmful for me.
Please take a possible action again Vodafone.
