Unnecessary deduction of balance

Unecessary deduction of my balance without my permission. when i recharge my no they deduct the amount from my balance & they are not providing summary of deduction.

they give full talk time offer via phone & msg but when i recharge my no under their offer i will not get the full talk time...

so plss help sir
