Request to replace the present defective Nokia handset with a new one.)

Dear,

I had purchased Nokia Handset (Model Name - Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic), ESN/IMEI NUMBER– 358247030344878 from Lucknow (U.P).

From the day of purchase, the handset alway hang-up and again-again need to re-insert the battery. This handset has been sent to Nokia service centre also and always they format and update the software but the problem still persists. For this problem with my mobile my work is also getting affected. most of the time not able to do & pick-up the call which increase the iritation level of others while calling me.

Due to repetition of this problem, I request you to kindly replace the present handset.

I hope this letter will be addressed promptly and my problem will be resolved in short span of time.
