Idea prepaid connection
Invalid balance deduction

Hi,

I had ported my mobile number from Airtel to Idea a few weeks back. A few hours after recharging with Rs.222 (after which the balance was showing as Rs231, from my previous balance), I found that my balance has gone down to Rs. 189. Innumerable attempts to get the details of this deduction were unsuccessful.

They always reply that the server is down or that my details is not updated till now.

This is absolutely ridiculous and it clearly confirms that all mobile companies are illegally deduction balances from their customers accounts (One of the reason I shifted from Airtel is that I had the same experience from them too).

Please do the needful for the same.
