I used netbanking to recharge my idea prepaid mobile no.
Before that I checked IdeaCellular portal (http://www.ideacellular.com/IDEA.portal? _nfpb=true&_pageLabel=IDEA_Page_ContentPrepaid&circlePlanCode=pre_recharge_values_kar.html) which clearly says that a top up of 199 fetches 175 Rs talk time.
All I got was 5 paisa of talk time.
Customer care refused to even lodge a complaint. They told me that the amount has gone to convert my connection to a different plan (idea to idea free) which I never wanted.
On insisting that why this information (the link mentioned above which informs that a top up of Rs 199 fetches 175 Rs talktime) was put up on the web, they told me that they would get back to me. going by their behaviour I have no confidence in their word.
