Unauthorised deduction of Rs.30

Dear Sir,

I am very sorry to inform you that a prepaid IDEA mobile cellular connection (no.91-9506447033) is in the name of the undersigned and an amount Rs.30/- only (Rupees Thirty only) has been deducted today i.e. 31-12 between 11.00 A.M. to 11.30 P.M.by the cellulor provided without any intimation. No any request for any activation of providing any service has been made by the undersigned.
