Wrong deduction of balance

Sir,

from 24 of Feb.2010 idea co. was continuously activated any scheme from their choice on my number.

still now 1scheme is pending on my number to get activated from their side because i am not having balance.

sir, my father also facing same problem on his idea number.

i am continuously complaining to idea their executive are agree with me but they are not refunding our balances.
